Is Making Money Online Getting Easier?
Last time I checked, there were over 33 MILLION results for "make money online".
That's crazy!
No matter what you buy or what you try, you never seem to make any more than a couple of sales every month. That's not quite retiring material is it?
The only way to really earn money on the internet is if you KNOW someone that is already making a bunch of cash online and you somehow get them to spill some money making secrets and get them to tell you EXACTLY how to do it.
Well that sure would help but really what are the chances that that will happen? Plus, that's not the ONLY way to make money. You don't have to personally know someone that has had success online, you just need to copy what they have done to be successful online.
Imagine being able to work from the comfort of your own home. Imagine being able to set your own hours Imagine being able to attend all of your family events and not worry about missing them because you have to work One of your children is sick and needs to stay home from school.
You don't have to worry about finding someone to look after them because you are already at home. Imagine no more rush hour traffic. Ok, so how would you like to find a step-by-step process that shows you how to make money online?
How would you like to make a lot of money without having to work 80 hours a week?
How would you like to be able to have a money making site that runs on auto-pilot so you can spend more time with your family instead of slaving over your computer?
And last but not least...
... how would you like this information for FREE? Yep, for free.
So if you DO decide to go the free route then just make sure that you take action! At least if you try a dozen different things and don't make any money then at least you took action and you will learn from your experience, learn what went wrong and avoid these mistakes in the future.
If you keep taking action then the odds are that someday you might figure out a way to make cash online.
Taking the "buying a product" path can be much better because you are using a proven method that someone has used to make money online in the past. But like I said before, you MUST take action. You won't make any money with a product that you read once and then sits on your hard drive.

Thus, you have found your huge base of people who show an interest in your jewelry designs and products. This is your niche base.

Simple Ways To Make Money Online
You're looking for that simple way to make money at home online and yet you find yourself chasing your tail, jumping from one project to another and seemingly never making any real progress. I know when I started out this is exactly what happened to me and I see it all the time in newbie marketers. In truth, you just need to wake up and realise that until you follow one project through, you'll never see any real results.
But whose fault is this really? In truth, the marketers and the consumers must take some blame each. Now the marketers are guilty of selling the products which position themselves as the ultimate solution to making money online. Sales page after sales page claims that their's is the only product you need to make a huge income. In actual fact there is no single ebook, piece of software or hot report that will make you a ton of money. No - it's only YOU that can make the money, there is no push button solution that will do it for you.
And this is why the consumers must also take the blame for the hype-filled merry go round that is internet marketing. 99% of people are hungry for that one thing that will make them money yesterday - but they don't want to do any work!
As long as consumers keep believing the hype, marketers will continue to accept their money. In some ways the two groups of people deserve each other!
With the development of the internet, many opportunities came along, and, of course, the "money" niche couldn't come less. Thus there are many ways in which someone could earn money online, but, just like in real life, it's necessary to enjoy your work in order to be a top performer. Therefore a turnkey in this money making endeavor is to choose the right niche for you, to make sure it will be a pleasure spending your time and energy resources doing it.
Now let me get to the point; so choose your niche carefully and then set up the website and, of course, get as much targeted traffic to it as you can. The next step is to sell or lend some "real estate" out of your website, no matter if that would be text links or banners; it's really up to you. This way you will be earning some good money by requesting a fee, and I would go for a one time fee, because these are higher than the recurring fees and you could grow your fortune faster; then again, it's up to you what kind of fee you're going to ask for. The money will come to you either way.
Also you can ask for a fee if you have a private forum. The key is to build this forum and develop its membership first. Then wait for the members to become regular and for the forum to become an authority in your niche and only then make it private, so you could ask for that fee.
The final piece of advice to you about how to monetize your website is to sell it. Simple as that. Never say "No" to a good buying offer; it will increase your funds over night and still you will know how to make money online.

Work From Home
Make your own space. Stop shoving stuff around on the kitchen table to make room for your business. Using the kitchen table or other common space around the house for business means stopping to clean it up when it needs to be used by the family or panicking every time your kids go near it that they are going to disturb something you are in the middle of. Ideally, if you have an extra room, or even a larger closet, turn it into your office! This means that you can close the door behind you and focus on what you are working on. If you can't spare the room, purchase (or better yet, make) a desk that is for work only. Don't let other people put their stuff there. Don't throw your personal bills on that area. Make it a dedicated work space only for your work from home business.
Keep your area clear of distractions. Now that you've got a dedicated work space, it's important to put it in the right place. Don't put anything on or near it that is going to distract you. Pulled in by day time television? Don't turn it on or even have it in view of your desk when you're sitting at it. My back is turned to my television when sitting at my desk, so it's not as tempting to turn around and watch it. This is especially true when I keep it off. If there's some show that you absolutely must watch, make it during your lunch time. Buy a DVR through your television provider (several companies are offering them as free perks for upgrading) so that you're not tempted to put stuff off in order to watch TV. Personally, I need some back ground noise to keep me sane. I use a free Internet radio service that I control. This way it is right at my fingertips to turn off when the phone rings or I need to concentrate on something. If you're easily distracted, this may not be a good choice for you. You have to know what works for you.
Make time for non work things. Did you start working from home so that you could spend more time with your children? Then make the time for them. If your children are older, you might need to make this time after you pick them up from school. It can be tough when the kids are home and they want to spend time with mommy or daddy and can't get your attention because you are busy working. Set some time aside that is just for family time. Also, set up some ground rules about not entering your “work space” until a certain time or if it is an emergency. This might also require some explanation on what qualifies an emergency.
Put on real clothes. If you don't have to leave the house in the morning, it can be very easy to slip into the habit of not putting on “real” clothes before you start work for the day. Set your alarm just like you did when you commuted to work. Go through your regular morning routine. Now, you may put on different clothing than you did when you were working in an office. Save yourself some time and money on dry cleaning and pass on the suits and pantyhose. However, it is important to feel like you're working. Staying in your pajamas all day can make you feel like you're not working and can also lead to negative feelings about your job in general.
Ignore the phones. You should have a separate work phone from your home phone. This way you can let the machine pick up the home phone. If you were working away from home, you wouldn't be answering it, would you? Make sure your child's school has your work information so that they can get in touch with you in case of an emergency. This goes for your cell phone as well. Don't let friends and family abuse the fact that you work from home or are you own boss. This means not letting people call and talk your ear off because they're at home. Also, don't get roped into doing things during the day for friends and family because they have “real jobs.” You have a real job, too and they need to remember and respect that.
Organize! Keep a list of tasks using whatever means works best for you. I recommend using your email provider. Most of them have some sort of task keeper or calendar integrated right into it. If this is not available to you, buy yourself a nice planner or larger calendar to keep on or in front of your desk. Don't forget to write down family things in there too. It's much easier to keep track of things when it's all in one place. If this still is not your cup of tea, make yourself a list. Get a dedicated notebook or printed out “to do” sheets. Keep track of everything you need to do that day. When the day is finished, transfer anything not finished to the next day so that you're ready to start in the morning.

Be realistic. Don't beat yourself up because you didn't save the world today. Not everything on your task list or calendar is going to get done in one day. If it all does get done in one day, you're probably either not working on into the future as much as you should be or you're not working on as much as you should be either. Make reasonable goals for the day, week, month and even the year. Make action plans in order to reach those goals. The more you plan, the better you will do. It's not going to be easy all the time, but it is definitely worth it.
Avoiding Getting Distracted from your End Goal
A job that allows you to work from home can be a blessing. Unfortunately it can also become a total disaster. There are many roadblocks that can distract you from your end goal. Mental preparation, good communication skills and self-confidence are just a few of the tools necessary to help you do it right. Being able to wake up from bed, put the kettle on and sit at your desk reading emails and checking voice mails, all when you are still dressed in your pajamas is a dream for some. If you're not your own boss, the day that you do decide to stay in you bath robe is the day your CEO will surprise you with a video conference. Those who will succeed in this situation are the same people that will take the matter seriously while they are totally aware of the potential problems. These are people with self discipline who are capable of being their own bosses.
Here are six tips (and some warnings) to help you find your way:
Prepare yourself psychologically: For a large number of people who used to work in an office, the transition to working from home can be difficult. How you prepare for the new situation will determine how successful you are. Work from Home is still work, it's not a vacation or freedom from responsibility. Understanding this will help greatly when starting a work from home opportunity. As part of the process I recommend that you set up a real office at home. Don't use this space for other things. Don't let your kids play in it, don't let your spouse use it for household things. This is your space and you need it to be just for you. When you go to work in your home office, go to work don't go in and wander around mentally or physically. Go in there to work. This also means don't go in there on “non working” times to do anything else.
Take yourself and your work seriously: A good way to start this is to dress properly all day. The way you dress can affect how you feel and how you interact with other people. In addition, you should make yourself assignments, follow them and take them seriously. Include a strict schedule for yourself and stick to it. Arrange projects for yourself just like you were in an office and make sure that you are prepared for any scenario that you may encounter in your day. Instead of focusing on it being a work from home situation, just think of it as moving into a new office.
Avoid complete isolation: When you work from home, it's easy to feel like you are on all alone on a remote island. This is especially true if you are one who likes to work in teams and interact with others. You have to find an outlet to meet your social needs. Try going to the gym before you start your day or having a cup of coffee with a friend or neighbor, just like you would have done with a coworker at the office. Just make sure that you set limits with yourself and others on your social time. Don't let going to the gym in the morning turn into the gym, then coffee, then the grocery, and on while work sits untouched on your desk at home. Give yourself a window of time and stick to it.
Establish good communications with your colleagues : If you are working from home as part of a larger company that has a main office, there's no reason that you should be cut off from your colleagues. Keep in touch and consult with them by phone, emails, video conferencing or IM. It fills part of that social need and it's like they're just down the hall. If it is geographically possible, meet for lunch at least once a month. If it's not geographically possible, find time to meet sometime during the year in person. I find that once you've met someone in person, they are much easier to talk with through email or IM. Also, make sure that you are up to date with office events. If someone is getting married or having a baby, make sure to phone them to say congratulations. Ignoring events and even office politics can cause a rift in between you and your colleagues that is difficult to fix.
Give yourself credit for success: Often in the office when someone does something great or when things are going particularly well, the entire office is treated to a fancy lunch or everyone goes out for a drink. This is great for morale and can greatly improve motivation. Well, the same should go for you if you're working at home. If you get a big contract or finish a big project before schedule, treat yourself to something special. This could mean having a small party, buying yourself something special or even just going out for a drink with a friend. Those little things can go a long way to keeping your spirits up and keeping you going when times get tough.

Keyword Elite Review
Keyword Elite Review
Software Type: Desktop Software (PC)Cost: $ 176.00
Keyword Elite attracted some high profile attention recently. I was intrigued by the promotion surrounding this piece of software by one of the biggest names in Internet marketing, John Reese. I had seen it before, but due to other commitments didn’t have a chance to look more closely at it. I knew it must be good if someone with such a high profile was promoting it. But I kept thinking... Yeah but how good?
Here is what I found when I took at look at it.
Note: Keyword Elite has been one of the fastest developing keyword research tools on the market. While I have updated my review to include this new information.
My Experience
First thing I noticed about Keyword Elite was that it was a very nice interface. I don’t mind using software that is ugly, just so long as it works well and has good usability. It is always a bonus when the software looks good too.
Once I received my software I quickly set to work. Immediately after Keyword Elite requested my license verification it popped up a box to ask me how I wanted to set up my new project.
It gave me 5 options.
Analyze Pay Per Click Listings
Create a Keyword List
Select a Keyword List
Analyze Keyword Competition
Spy on AdWords Competition
I liked how the software adapted to the style of keyword research about to be completed. For example, the data I am chasing will be very different if I am looking to generate a large keyword list, compared to say when looking for AdSense niches. Keyword Elite sets itself up differently based on this assumption. Good start.
I worked my way through each of the 5 project types which represent the 5 different function sets the software offers. Here is a breakdown of each function and my experience using it.
The first project type available to me from Keyword Elite was the "Analyze Pay Per Click Listings" set-up. With this project type I could configure several different options before it swings into gear.
For example I could choose to mine data from either Google, Yahoo (formally Overture), Miva, and/or Enhance. I could then set the special criteria that could be researched and displayed under the reports tab. These special criteria included KEI, top bids, title results, Google broad match, Google phrase match, and Google exact match. I then set how many keywords I wanted the software to pull from Overture (from between 0 and 100).
Recently they added the ability to add data from Keyword Discovery or Wordtracker if you have a subscription with either of these tools. This is a must for any serious keyword researcher as the Overture data really just doesn't cut it.
Once in action, there are two tabs available on the top window showing either the threads of data coming in live, or the end result of that data mining. The information given in this reports section is fantastic. It gives you:
Results (competition). Search volume (from the Yahoo Keyword Suggestion Tool). R/S Ratio. KEI. AdWords CPC for broad, phrase, and exact matching (cost range for position 1 - 3). Number of AdWords Clicks for broad, phrase and exact matching. Number of AdWords campaigns. Number of Yahoo campaigns. Number of Miva campaigns. Number of Enhance campaigns Miva Top Bid Enhance Top Bid See the actual site URL's of who you are competing against. It is pretty much exactly the type of information you want when you are looking for PPC traffic.
I then jumped in and created a "Create a Keyword List" project. After just a couple of practice tests, the functionality of this project type got me quite excited. Its main focus is to generate a huge list of keywords using a variety of sources. It builds it from Overture, Ask.com, Google Keyword Suggestion Tool, Yahoo!, Meta Tags (so spies on related sites' meta-tags), as well as misspellings. The other fantastic feature is that it integrates directly into Wordtracker and Keyword Discovery. This is one of the few tools that provides good integration with these two fantastic data sources.
Keyword Elite: New Keyword Software. Click Here!
You also can specify how many keywords you are looking for. Right up to 10,000 keywords!
Here's a tip. Unless you have lots of time, don’t set the misspelling option. It gives you lots of keywords, but gets a bit unwieldy. I suppose it could be good if you are generating AdSense spam sites... but who wants more of those on the Internet!
I set in my usual fly fishing example and set it to work.
Man, it went to work alright! I soon found that the slider to limit how many keywords you wanted didn’t seem to work. Even though I set it to find 500 keywords, it actually delivered me 2196. Oh well... the more the merrier I suppose.
If you have a look at the bottom of the lower window you can see that there are several tabs. Using these tabs you can drill down to see specifically where the keyword source came from. There were certainly lots to choose from and they were generally pretty well focused.
One thing I liked a lot was that you could have the ability to edit the list under the edit tab. Here you could remove phrases containing certain words, as well as limit the list to phrases that contained certain words. You could also limit the number of words in the phrases, as well as remove certain characters from them.
One nice feature of Keyword Elite was that it gave you the ability to append extra words to the front and rear of the keywords in your list. That is one of the more advanced aspects of keyword research that you can do to expand your keyword lists. For example you could add the words "latest" on the front of the words, or "review" tacked onto the end of them.
It didn’t quite work how I would have liked however. It would have been better if I could have added multiple words to append at once. Unfortunately I could only do it one at a time, and it would not create new words, but modify the existing one. A tweak there in the software would make it much more useful.
Keyword Elite: New Keyword Software. Click Here!
My next step was to check out the "Select a Keyword List" project type. Now this was a section that I had a little trouble understanding at first. I had to hit the help manual to see what the heck was going on here. I quickly discovered that this searches over 40,000 pre-built lists (with over 2 million phrases) on loads of different topics. Nice one!
I once again ran my fly fishing example and it found me 156 keyword phrases. I could then wrap those in brackets or quotes or both for use in AdWords if I chose to. Other than that, there wasn’t a lot else I could do with them.
Once I had had enough of the "Select a Keyword List" section I moved onto the "Analyze Keyword Competition" project type. This feature was interesting I guess from a research point of view. I generally don’t focus too much on my competition other than to make an initial assessment of a niche. This is where this function fits in nicely. Using this function of Keyword Elite I could look at how hot the competition is for a given keyword.
I entered my usual "fly fishing" phrase in the input box. I could also specify how many keywords were looked up, and how many sites were returned per keyword. I was interested in seeing the top 30 keyword phrases, and the top 10 sites for each. Once these details were input I set the software to work.
What Keyword Elite brought back was pretty cool. For each keyword it went and found the top sites that appear organically in the search engines for that term (I am assuming it was Google).
Then for each one of those websites it actually gives you decent data to analyze competition on. As you know, I personally think that KEI is practically worthless even though many people harp on about its merits.
There are lots of other more useful methods for analyzing the fierceness of the competition. For each of the sites in the top 10 results for any given keyword here is what Keyword Elite gave me:
Search volume for that keyword How many actual sites you are competing against (minor consideration) Page Rank of those sites Does the site have that keyword in:- H1 tags- Title tag- B tags - Image alt text - First 25 words There are a bunch of other factors you might like to know like incoming links, Alexa ranking, and site age among other things. But this is a pretty good start.
It gives you pretty good way of seeing how difficult it will be to crack the top 10 for that keyword.
This is an interesting feature of Keyword Elite, and one that I was not expecting. It took me about 10 minutes to fully get what was going on here.
Basically the gist of this section is that you can create individual spy projects. For each project you can input your competitors' URL’s, and sets of keywords. The software will go and see if these sites are advertising on Google, and if so, bring you back their ad details. You can also schedule this to do it automatically which is useful.
This is a pretty nice feature. However once again there was no continuity between the different sections of the software. I wanted to plug the sites that I found in the "Competition Spy" project type into here automatically. Instead I found that I couldn’t import those sites I found out of that project type. What the heck!
So you have to manually do this. It would be better if this aspect was automated to actually go out and find your competition, and then keep an eye on them that way. Call me lazy if you want to, but I don’t want to think if I don’t have to!
The Verdict?
So what is the verdict I hear you say! Well conceptually I love it, and while no keyword research tool is perfect, this one is pretty darn close.
So should you buy it? Well I would say yes!

Marketing Your Site
Make Your Website Famous
Marketing your site on and offline can be just as important as marketing your actual product or service.
The question used to be, Do you have a website? Now, the more relevant question is, How do you market your website? It truly isn't a "Build it and they will come" scenario.
If people don't know about your website, they can't visit--and learn about what you have to offer. That's why marketing your website online and offline is just as important as marketing your product or service.
Promoting your site can be simpler than you think. Here are some suggestions:
Offline Marketing
Many website owners forget about the offline options for marketing. But you need to make yourself visible in the places your target market lives and that means the offline world as well.
All marketing communication materials should emphasize your URL and entice readers to visit your site. This includes business cards, letterhead, envelopes, brochures, flyers, folders and newsletters.
Print your web address boldly on the front side of direct mail postcards. Sometimes simply printing your URL in a large, attention-getting style will cause the recipient to turn the postcard over and read the other information you want to share with them.
You can issue a press release announcing anything new or newsworthy on your site. Maybe you're offering a free report, a free e-course or a unique approach to the marketplace that the media will be interested in.
On-hold messages are now very popular for directing people to a website, especially with phone systems that use automatic attendants. But live attendants can direct people to your website, too. Make sure they know what information is available and relevant for the caller.
If you ever get the opportunity to be interviewed on the radio, make sure you find ways to drop your URL. You can say things like, "On my website, www.UpMarketUrls.com, I offer free marketing articles and products for sale to help grow businesses." Don't just say, "On my website ..." without mentioning the URL. This applies to any interviews you might do with a reporter, editor or producer.
Some publications will ask you to write a guest column or a feature article related to your expertise. At the end of the column or article they'll usually let you include a few sentences related to your experience and ways to contact you. Obviously mention your website and e-mail there.
Advertising specialties are great ways to distribute your web address. They include key chains, coffee mugs, mouse pads, pens and pencils, as well as any apparel that might carry your logo or identity.
You can also promote your URL offline with the following: fax cover sheets, vehicles, billboards, license plate frames, Yellow Page ads, other printed ads, T-shirts, and golf balls and bags.
Online Marketing
Online marketing should be done in conjunction with the offline marketing mentioned above. Here are some ideas to get you started:
Even though people are at your site, mention it often within the text of your web copy. This will reinforce it in the readers' minds and help with search engine optimization.
Mention your website or include it in your signature for all news group, discussion group or forum postings.
Ask your fusion marketing partners, board members, advisors or other business partners to mention your website on their sites.
Use online press releases and articles just like the offline method mentioned above.
Pay-per-click marketing
Banner advertising on your site, as well as other related sites that your target market visits
Online directories
E-mail signatures
Be creative with both your offline and online marketing. Sometimes the best marketing comes from the wild, crazy, extreme or unique ideas that your competition hasn't thought of. Remember the guy who auctioned off his forehead as advertising space for a URL, or the pregnant lady who offered her pronounced stomach for URL placement for a Super Bowl ad website? Now that's guerrilla marketing.

2. You create your product. - easier said than done ! If you're product is in a saturated market it needs to be head and shoulders above the competition, if not you're going to have to have a large marketing budget ! You also have to give a lot of thought as to how to price your product ! This is crucial, checkout what similar products are selling for, underprice and the customer gets suspicious, overprice and you'll get no sales ! You also need to givea lot of thought as to what you will pay your affiliates - this is crucial. Offer too little and no one will take up your cause. Over pay and you need to shift a lot more product.
3. You create the pitch page where you will sell the product with buy now buttons. You get it approved by CB along with your thank you page where your product sits.
4. The customer comes to your pitch page, clicks 'buy', and pays through CB's payment gateway.
5. If the transaction is successful - they get to your thank you page - Your product is sitting on the thank you page.

*Customer support - IF YOUR PRODUCT goes HUGE - YOU will have a LOT of customer support to deal with. That’s a ‘good’ thing though. I would rather deal with small little problems all day due to payments and order instead of chasing them to begin with - If I can make a million by dealing with peoples download problems or other delivery problems - my only answer is “pass me the phone I’ll start right now”.
*Affiliate recruitment - You’re always going to be recruiting into your army - ALWAYS - you’re like a gang leader, and must preach to your crew that they need to recruit too - however they will refuse because they want a small team - not a saturated one. You will always be recruiting don’t forget that.
*Affiliate support - Often uderestimated. Affiliates have their own set of needs, and you must tend to them. You must help them shape their campaigns, offer them advice, give them what they need in order to make YOU money.
*Maintenance/updates - You will need to make new creatives once in a while, new articles, new videos, new ’stuff’ in order to keep you and your affiliates campaigns fresh.
*Competitive Intelligence - You will need to watch those close to your circle, and see if they are doing anything sparatic that can potentially harm your positioning. Always know what your competitors are doing.
*Management - Day to day you will have various little things you’ll need to do. You’ll notice a few of your affiliates might be bad apples, you’ll notice your site slow down or error or get hacked, you’ll notice you’re NOT converting NOR is anyone for a while, you’ll have to keep your ship running smoothly and with a smile yet firm and confident nature. Don’t forget - you are the owner of a big operation now - and you have a huge sales team to look after - a huge monetization closed loop that you must keep squeeky clean in order for it all to equate to that elusive first thought and end goal - MONEY. If you do all of this, and you succeed - what do you do? Launch another product, and another - soon you will have an array of revenue streams, some will outdo others, some will fail miserably, overall though - THAT is leverage.
High Ranking Keywords in Search Engines
• We're achieving #1 organic spots for keywords that would usually take YEARS to rank for traditionally - even for seasoned professionals with massive budgets.
• The sites that achieve these rankings are ONE-PAGE mini-sites - not giant content sites
• In one of the examples in the video above, our site was ranked #1 out of 577 million competing results!
• The sites are holding their rank. Some have been ranked in the top 3 results for their target keyword for more than a year.
• In fact - of the last 100 sites we've launched, 53 are ranked #1, 30 are ranked # 2, and 7 are ranked in positions 3-5.
• The ranking process can take as little as one week, and at the most one or two months
• This has nothing to do with buying PPC ads...
NOTHING to do with black hat techniques...
And it has NOTHING to do with the latest page generators...
• We are literally beating out the most authoritative, popular sites on the internet for incredibly competitive keywords - time and time again.
